These are supplier workspace subscriptions. The supplies a facility buys are priced and fulfilled separately by its chosen supplier.
Ask about a plan →Setup is charged once, separately from the subscription: KES 30,000 for Starter, KES 50,000 for Business and KES 100,000 for Pro. If you upgrade later you pay only the difference. It covers catalogue preparation, opening stock and operational onboarding.
Payment methods depend on provider onboarding, validation and activation. A plan selection alone does not activate a merchant account, enable live payments or register you for eTIMS; those need separate provider and KRA validation.
